Data Isolation

Multi-tenant architecture ensures each academy workspace is completely isolated. No cross-tenant data leaks possible.

Audit Logging

Every login, action, and change is logged with timestamps and IP addresses. Full accountability and transparency.

Secure Email Delivery

SMTP via Zoho with TLS encryption for all transactional emails including invoices, notifications, and password resets.

Workspace Isolation

Each academy operates in its own secure workspace with independent data, settings, students, and billing records.

Email Verification

Account verification required for sensitive roles. Prevents unauthorized access to admin and owner dashboards.

Secure Infrastructure

Hosted on Vercel with automatic HTTPS, edge caching, and DDoS protection. Database hosted on secure managed servers.

Privacy Controls

Student portal access can be enabled or disabled per student. GDPR-compliant data handling and consent management.
